Run Read Query
Runs a Cypher query that only reads data (MATCH ... RETURN) and returns the rows. Neo4j runs it in read-only mode, so it can't change your graph.

Runs a Cypher query that can create, update or delete data (CREATE, MERGE, SET, DELETE...) and returns the rows plus a summary of what changed.
