Describe a process in plain words. Calibra builds the workflow, tests it before it goes live, proposes the fix when something breaks and shows exactly what it earns you. And you pay per run, not per step.
A visual editor, 1,100+ apps, webhooks and code, like any serious platform. Plus the work that usually eats your week: building, testing, fixing and proving it was worth it.
Type or speak what should happen. The copilot picks the apps, builds and validates every step, explains any workflow in plain words and reviews it before you publish.
Simulate the whole workflow without sending anything. Let AI write test cases from your real sample data, run them in one click, and load-test with parallel runs before launch.
When a run fails, Calibra explains the error in plain words and prepares the exact change. Accept it, then retry from the failed step so the steps that worked aren't repeated.
Use the AI built into Calibra, or plug in your own provider key and pay the model directly with zero markup. Calibra flags AI steps that could run on a cheaper model.
Need to reshape data? Say what you want, such as "join first and last name and keep only active customers", and get the formula or code step ready to run.
Hours saved, cost of runs and net value per workflow. Tag workflows by client or department and get a cost report for each tag.
Many automation tools bill every step a workflow takes, so each filter, lookup or extra app pushes up your bill. On Calibra a run is one credit, however many steps it has.
Move the sliders to see how much a per-step meter adds up for your own volume.
A typical business workflow has 5 to 10 steps: a trigger, a lookup, a filter, an AI step, a couple of app updates and a notification.
Per-step count assumes every step after the trigger is billed, as on step-based plans. On Calibra, runs longer than 100 steps use one extra credit for every further 100 steps.
Changing automation platforms used to mean rebuilding everything and hoping it behaves. Calibra lets you check every workflow side by side first, with nothing duplicated.
When an app changes or a step starts failing, you don't have to dig through logs. Calibra explains what went wrong and prepares the fix for you to accept.
customer_email no longer exists.Set your hourly cost once. Calibra tracks the time saved, what the runs cost and the net value, workflow by workflow, so you know which ones pay off.
No more editing production on a Friday and hoping. Test, review, approve and roll out, with a record of every change.
Link a test workspace to production and promote changes with a preview of exactly what will change before it does.
Push workflows to a repository and deploy them from GitHub, with a preview first and signed webhooks for every deployment.
See what changed between any two versions, step by step, and bring back the one that worked.
Create custom roles, decide who can edit and who can publish, and route changes to an approvals inbox before they go live.
Build a piece of logic once and reuse it across workflows. Share private team templates, install them with a link, and work with an open flow format and a documented API.
See who changed what and when. Share a connection with other workspaces with "use" or "manage" permission, so secrets stay with the people who own them.
Every run leaves a clear record, so a failure never turns into guesswork about what reached your customers.
95+ ready-made workflows, including AI employees that own a whole process. Connect your apps, adjust the rules and switch them on.
Give an agent a goal and the tools it may use. Calibra keeps it honest: every action is logged, sensitive steps wait for a person, and money never moves on an AI's say-so.
Calibra was built to be resold. Give each client their own workspace, put your logo on it, and see at a glance which accounts are healthy and what each one earns you.
