Questions partners ask
When do I get paid?
Commissions are confirmed 30 days after each customer payment (our refund window) and paid on the 1st of the following month once your balance reaches $25.
Does the commission apply to everything the customer buys?
Subscriptions pay the full rate. One-off credit packs pay 10%, because they carry direct costs.
What if the customer gets a refund?
The matching commission is reversed. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
Can I use my own link?
No. Self-referrals, your own company accounts and accounts you control are excluded.
Can I run ads?
Yes, but never on the brand terms "Calibra", "Calibra automation" or misspellings, and never on coupon or cashback sites.
Do I need to invoice you?
No. We issue a self-billing invoice on your behalf every month using the legal details in your partner dashboard. Spanish businesses get Spanish VAT added; EU businesses are reverse-charged; outside the EU no VAT applies.
