Partner program terms
What you agree to when you join Calibra Partners.
These terms govern the Calibra Partners referral program ("Program") operated by Nuria Jiménez Nieto, trading as Calibra (Madrid, Spain; info@calibraautomation.com). By enrolling you accept them.
- Enrolment. Any Calibra account holder may enrol from the Partners page of the app. We may refuse or terminate participation at any time for breach of these terms, fraud or conduct harmful to the Calibra brand.
- Links and codes. You receive a unique link and code. A visitor is attributed to you when they sign up within 180 days of clicking your link (last click wins) or enter your code at sign-up, provided no other partner was attributed to the same account first.
- Commission. 40% of the net amount (excluding VAT and after refunds) of subscription payments made by an attributed account during the 12 months following its sign-up. One-off credit packs pay 10%. Tier upgrades to 45% (10 active paying referrals) and 50% (30) apply automatically from the next invoice after the tier is reached; an active paying referral is one that paid an invoice in the last 35 days.
- Confirmation and payment. Commissions are pending for 30 days, then approved. Commissions are calculated in the currency the referred customer pays in, which is US dollars for most customers and euros for customers who pay in euros, and are paid in that same currency. Approved balances of at least $25 (or €25 for euro balances) are paid monthly by Stripe Connect to the bank account you connect in your dashboard. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes reverse the related commission; amounts already paid are offset against future payouts.
- Invoicing and taxes. Payouts are settled under a self-billing agreement: Calibra issues the invoice on your behalf using the legal name, tax ID and country you provide. The Program is open to businesses and self-employed professionals; you are responsible for declaring the income and any taxes in your jurisdiction. Spanish VAT is applied to Spanish businesses; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged; non-EU partners are invoiced without VAT.
- Prohibited practices. Self-referrals and accounts you own or control; paid search or social ads on Calibra brand terms or misspellings; coupon, cashback, discount or incentive sites; misleading claims, spam, unsolicited bulk email or messaging; impersonating Calibra; any use of the Calibra name in domains or social handles. Breach forfeits unpaid commissions.
- Changes. We may change rates, thresholds or these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not reduce commissions already earned.
- Termination. Either party may end participation at any time. Approved commissions earned before termination are paid in the normal cycle unless termination is for breach.
- Relationship. Partners are independent; nothing creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship. Spanish law applies; courts of Madrid.
Cookies
Clicking a partner link stores a first-party cookie named calibra_ref (and calibra_ref_click) on calibraautomation.com for 180 days. It only records which partner recommended Calibra and is strictly necessary to honour the referral. No cross-site tracking takes place.
