Track Event
Sends a server-side event to Heap for a user, for example "Invoice Paid" or "Demo Booked", with optional event properties.

Add User Properties
Adds or updates properties of a Heap user, for example plan, company or role. Existing properties with the same name are overwritten.

Add Account Properties
Adds or updates properties of a Heap account (a company or team your users belong to), for example plan, MRR or industry. Requires the Account ID setting or the Salesforce integration in Heap.

Identify User
Links an anonymous Heap user (the user_id assigned by the Heap SDK) to an identity such as an email or customer ID, so their past and future activity is merged.

Custom Heap API Request
Makes a request to any Heap server-side API endpoint on the data center of your connection (heapanalytics.com or c.eu.heap-api.com). Heap's server-side APIs aren't signed with a key: include "app_id" (your environment ID) in the JSON body yourself.
