Creates a client or supplier in Alegra. In countries with e-invoicing (Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica…) Alegra may require extra tax details: add them in "Additional fields".

Create invoice (draft)
Creates a sales invoice in Alegra, ALWAYS as a draft. It isn't issued, stamped or sent to the tax authority (DIAN in Colombia, SAT in Mexico, Hacienda in Costa Rica or Spain…) and no payment is recorded. Review it and issue it yourself in Alegra when it's ready: in countries with mandatory e-invoicing, issuing it has legal tax effect and it can no longer be deleted, only voided.

Gets an Alegra sales invoice by ID: status, client, totals, balance due and lines. Optionally returns the PDF link (not available for drafts).

Lists Alegra sales invoices, newest first, filtered by status, client, number or date range. Useful for finding unpaid or overdue invoices.

Asks Alegra to email an invoice to the client, using the format and sender set up in Alegra. Sends issued invoices only: if the invoice is still a draft, issue it in Alegra first.

Creates an estimate (quote) in Alegra for a client, with its item lines. An estimate isn't an invoice: it has no tax effect and isn't sent to the tax authority.
